Analyst Bio

Charles Annis is Vice President of Manufacturing Research at DisplaySearch. As one of DisplaySearch's leading display experts, Annis is responsible for tracking and forecasting investments and researching trends and emerging technologies. Before joining DisplaySearch, Annis spent six years at leading AMLCD yield management provider Photon Dynamics. There, he performed strategic planning and business development in addition to market research and product marketing for automated cell/module inspection tools. Prior to that, Annis served as the international business manager at SAMCO International, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Kyoto, Japan. He holds a Master's in Business Law from Ryukoku University in Kyoto and a Bachelor's from Pomona College in Claremont, California. He is fluent in English and Japanese.
