Paul is responsible for managing all research activities and the worldwide analyst teams operating under the DisplaySearch and Solarbuzz brands. Previously Paul served as Vice President of Display Research for iSuppli Corporation and for Stanford Resources, Inc. Paul has been a program officer at the Computer Science and Telecommunications Board of the National Research Council, an analyst for the US Congress Office of Technology Assessment (OTA), and a member of technical staff at The Analytic Sciences Corporation.

Education: Paul has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in electro-optics from Tufts University and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
